Only quality training can ensure the development of a nation. It is an objective of UNESCO’s 2030 Agenda and represents the synthesis of education and training ambitions, aimed at “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote opportunities for lifelong learning for all” by 2030.

EFFICIENCY: The effectiveness of teaching practices
Any training system is fundamentally based on the triptych of principle-function-result. This allows for the development of an indicator of effectiveness, performance and efficiency. However, efficiency in education as well as teaching itself is not only linked to the internal organizational factor of an institution and the various actors but also to several external social factors such as the labour market situation, the management of professional careers, the overall level of investment made by citizens.

COLLABORATION: Collaborative work
Quality and sustainability requirements in education raise concerns about teachers and their deployment. On the latter, a particular interest in professional development through collaborative work is demonstrated internationally. Given the diversity of people and the plurality of contexts (which is rather an asset), we would rather opt for a deprivatization of professional practices and experiences in view of the professional development of teachers.
